Nikolas graduated from Lake Superior State University in Sault Ste. Marie, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in business management and marketing. While attending the school in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, Nikolas played NCAA Division I men’s ice hockey – a sport he continues to play today.
A native of Plymouth, Michigan, Nikolas now resides in Commerce Township. When he’s not working or playing hockey at the local ice arena – he enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife and young kids.

Matt graduated with Distinction from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, and with a concentration in Finance. He remains active with his alma matter to this day. When he is not volunteering or spending time with his wife and young son, you can find him on the golf course, or on the water with close family and friends.

Pat Nagle is a Financial Services Professional at NBS Wealth Strategies. His mission is to help our clients achieve their financial goals so that they can fulfill their financial future. He believes in developing client relationships based on integrity, accountability, and exceptional service. The goal at NBS Wealth Strategies is to become a lifetime resource for each and every client.
As a retired professional ice hockey player, with nearly 20 years of national, international, and professional ice hockey experience. Pat possesses qualities through his experiences which include leadership, adaptability, self-motivation, critical thinking skills as well as the ability to work well in high stress situations. A highlight in his career was making Team USA in 2022, where he represented his country at the Winter Olympic Games in Beijing, China.
A graduate from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan. Pat earned a Bachelor of Science, from the Business Program with a minor in Sports Marketing. While attending classes he was a member of the Men’s Division I Hockey team. Where he was honored as a 1st Team All-American as well as a 1st Team All- CCHA player. He still enjoys getting back on campus to take part in alumni activities.
A native of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, Pat still resides in the Oakland County area. When he’s not working in the office, he enjoys giving back to the local ice arena on and off the ice. He enjoys golfing, watersports activities and spending time with his wife and young children.
